Listening To Your Voice is about transformation. An integral part of any organisation is how they manage change. How individuals and companies deal with unexpected challenges, impacts the people involved, one way or another. At these times, it is critical for leaders to prioritise what steps they need to take, to ensure that everyone involved remains engaged and motivated. It is also essential that leaders and managers, look after the well-being of all individuals affected, at this critical time.
Listening To Your Voice was established, by Ruth Pearson, she wanted to use her vast experiences of leadership and management, personal development and her knowledge of working in the secondary school sector, for over 25 years, in a more integrated way, to improve the well-being of individuals or members of staff working in any organisation.
Since leaving the classroom, Ruth has trained to be a verifier for the London Healthy Workplace Charter. She is also a Master Coach specialising in well-being, Activia Trainer, inspirational speaker and is one of the broadcasters at Good News Britain.com
What can employers do to improve the wellbeing of their staff, so that happy and motivated staff, will actively promote and grow their business? Building a motivated and engaged workforce is not something that can be imposed from above. Instead employers need to focus on the individuals involved.
